A frequent dilemma in Argentina is whether to go for a rich red cabernet or a dry white torrontés, but it doesn’t usually occur in ice-cream parlors. It does here: the Miranda’s wine sorbets are Cafayate’s pride and joy, but other fresh fruit flavors, including a tuna (cactus-fruit) one, are also delicious.
