Lonely Planet review
On a busy corner just a block from the bus station, this little green house has a prime spot and offers the cheapest - and most convenient - beds in town.
The place exudes a laid-back vibe. Music, heavy on the bass, drifts from the windows, along with laughter and voices in a variety of languages. Travelers plan their upcoming adventures in the front room, compose emails in the Internet cafe, and prepare lunch in the well-used kitchen. A small pool entices them on hot days, as do the hammocks hung in the shade. Travelers can choose between dorm rooms and private singles and doubles, all of which are basic but clean, furnished with wooden beds. All toiletry facilities are shared. Service is friendly but not super efficient. But this is not a place for people in a hurry; rather it is for those who are inclined to spend their money on beer instead of beds.
