Parque Nacional Iguazú
On the Argentine side, this park has plenty to offer, and involves a fair amount of walking. The spread-out complex at the entrance has various amenities, including lockers, an ATM and a restaurant. There’s also an exhibition, Ybyrá-retá, with a display on the park and Guaraní life essentially aimed at school groups. The complex ends at a train station, where a train runs every half-hour to the Cataratas train station, where the waterfall walks begin, and to the Garganta del Diablo. You may prefer to walk: it’s only 650m along the ‘Sendero Verde’ path to the Cataratas station, and a further 2.3km to the Garganta and you may well see capuchin monkeys along the way.…

Iguazú Jungle Explorer
Iguazú Jungle Explorer, with an office in the visitor center complex, is a well-run set-up which offers the following three excursions: a speedy inflatable boat ride to the bottom of several of the waterfalls, including a drenching under the San Martín torrent; a quiet dinghy ride down the upper Iguazú, and a one-hour trip combining a descent to the river in flatbed trucks along the Sendero Yacaratiá, and then a trip upriver through rapids to the falls.
Discounts are offered for combining any of these tours.

Full Moon Walks
For five consecutive nights per month, Full Moon Walks visit the Garganta del Diablo. There are three departures nightly; the first one, at 20:00, offers the spectacle of the inflated rising moon; the last, at 21:30, sees the falls better illuminated. Don't expect to see wildlife. The price includes admission, and a cocktail and dinner afterwards. Extra bus departures from Puerto Iguazú cater for moonwalkers.

La Selva
During your visit, this restaurant will get talked up so much you’ll fear the worst, but it’s actually quite OK, with a decent buffet of hot and cold dishes, and all-you-can-eat parrillada. The information kiosks dotted around the complex sometimes give out vouchers offering a substantial discount.

Fortín
Well located near the old hotel (now the medical center of the Parque Nacional Iguazú), this offers a decent buffet spread with fairly mediocre parrilla choices. It’s the closest acceptable lunch spot to the falls walkways. It doesn’t appear on park maps.
