Hostería La Posta
Budget hotels are very light on the ground in Malargüe, but this one is OK – the rooms are big and the family’s friendly, though the mattresses sag somewhat.
Friendly hotel with clean but faded rooms featuring renovated bathrooms. Probably the most comfortable place downtown for the price.
Hotel De Turismo
The Turismo’s a good standby – there are plenty of rooms (which are nothing special) so it rarely fills up. Downstairs, the restaurant-cafe lifts the tone with a few charming touches.
Hotel El Cisne
A new, ultramodern hotel with a good central location. Rooms are big, with plenty of furnishings and attractive pine-lined ceilings.
Taking the opposite tack to the Pehuén, the This looks very ordinary on the outside but features some of the sweetest rooms in town. They're spacious and well-kept, with tiled floors, big TVs and modern bathrooms.
