They don't deliver what they promise in the brochure.
bowersls does not recommend this,
We went on two tours last week with Aymara. First to the mountains. The mountains were beautiful. The bus was hot and the air conditioning inadequate. The guide spoke English very badly, used incorrect idioms, mixed up her words and was often incoherent. We were shepherded to an expensive lunch with dour waiters. We opted out and went to a snack bar. Half the price and with personality.
Then we went on a wine tour with Aymara. The bilingual guide advertised in the brochure did not come. The tour company lied and said it only applied to the other tour, expecting that we could not read English. It said the same in Spanish. The first winery was great. At the second winery the in house guide's English was bad. The gourmet lunch was not and the steak was a low quality. The first 3 wines were trash although the last two were good. The waitresses were bossy and the chief in house organiser was rude.
Overall, an expensive and less that adequate day.Good for: No-one
Not good for: Sensitive tourists.
