A pretty tree-lined promenade east of Puerto Madero, the Costanera Sur skirts the city's largest open space, the Reserva Ecológica Costanera Sur. There's excellent bird-watching, a beautiful marble fountain created in 1903 by Tucumán artist Lola Mora, and colorful makeshift barbecue carts that sell delicious steak sandwiches.
