Calma Chicha
Like many of BA's most-coveted labels, Calma Chicha takes its inspiration from Argentine traditions, crafting stylish clothing and kitschy Argentine home decor. This is the place to head for patchwork cow-hide carpets and placemats made out of that colorful stripey nylon used for shopping bags! Head to the store at Honduras 4925 for the homeware.

Casa Rey
Avoid Casa Rey on Sunday when the stock slips off the racks faster than the staff can hang it - BA's hipsters love Casa Rey's cool unisex threads. Best to head here mid-week to try on the retro printed shirts, funky sneakers, and casual cord coats. Sizes are tiny - a reflection of the waif-like clientele.

Gabriella Capucci
This unique boutique is our favorite. Gabriella Capucci does very groovy women's fashion that's highly creative, often whimsical, and sometimes kitsch, incorporating cute trinkets, recycled fabrics, and antique bits and bobs into her pieces. You won't find a more special BA souvenir.

Grisino
This is one of BA's best kids clothing lines and it's one fun store - children who like to shop will love it here. There's a great selection of colorful and cool kids clothing, from ages two to 10. We especially love the rather whimsical T-shirts - if only they had them in adult's sizes…
