Lonely Planet review

Built in 1889 by Paris department store Bon Marché, this exquisite shopping center sat empty for years before being restored in 1992 to its present state. More impressive than the top-name stores inside are the vaulted ceilings, painted by five renowned Argentine artists, including Antonio Berni.
