Lonely Planet review for La Esquina de Las Flores
One of BA’s most enduring vegetarian alternatives, this modern restaurant also has a small health food store on the ground floor that sells soy flour, whole-wheat breads and organic mate (tea), among other things. There’s a small fast-food section, but if you prefer more relaxed surroundings, go upstairs and choose from the tasty and nutritious menu. There’s even a dish for macrobiotics. There’s another branch at Gurruchaga 1630 in Palermo, where free workshops on healthy cooking are occasionally available.

Decent Vegetarian Health Food Cafe (some vegan products)
molesey recommends this,
This is primarily a health food cafe in a cute space. This is not a restaurant: you order at the counter and then you carry your plate to one of the few tables they have available for customers. Self serve.
They sell a lot of products on the shelves:organic flours, nuts, beans, pastas, herbs, etc. But they also have a counter with some veggie (and maybe some vegan) food options like empanadas, tarts and pastries. As they make different dishes at different times its hard to say what is good. I'm not vegetarian or vegan so I don't know if I'm the best critic for their cooked food but I did like their veggie empanada (the only thing I tried as I was really there to shop for dry items).
