Finding a niche between the basic El Desnivel and the charming La Brigada, Don Ernesto is an excellent value parrilla that gets its fair share of locals and visitors. For a beef blowout, try the chorizo and morcilla sausages followed by their excellent tenderloin accompanied by some purée de papas (mash potato) and a good value drop of red.

    I wanted to cheat with the price

    I went 3 times and the third time at checkout, instead of me in ticket tax (as did the other 2 times) brought me a manuscript, and as we were 4 people, they want to charge extra and 1 wine extra water bottle TOTAL: U.S. $ 17 more.
    Once again it is time to bring the ticket brought a handwritten paper to overcharge (the owner was not), this kind of things are what make both Waiters with the manager.

    Small restaurant in San Telmo with good meal and prices. It's not a place packed with tourists, what makes this place more interesting.
