With its hip, relaxed vibe, too-cool crowd and dramatic central fireplace, Ølsen could indeed be located in the frosty climes of Scandinavia. The cuisine and service are hit-and-miss, but the vodka selection is superlative. Luxuriate in the garden with a frozen red-berry cocktail – it looks straight out of a magazine – or come for the popular Sunday brunch.
