A welcome newcomer to Congreso’s dining scene is this very popular and artsy Peruvian joint. Dishes range from duck to rabbit to lamb (don’t worry – no guinea pig), plus of course their delicious mixed ceviches and plenty of seafood choices. Try the chicha morron – a tasty corn-based fruity drink. Reasonable prices and good service mean there’s often a wait.
