Likely BA’s fanciest Peruvian restaurant, dishes include cream of shrimp soup, crab with avocado and cherry tomatoes, duck in dark beer sauce and – of course – several kinds of delicious ceviche. Excellent pisco sours (if a bit pricey), exquisite desserts and very attentive service.
