Either come very hungry or with a friend, ’cause the plates at this attractive Japanese-Peruvian restaurant are meant to be shared. Both traditional (‘criollo’) and Asian-influenced creative dishes (‘chifa’) are available; try the ‘Sipan roll’ (with shrimp, crab, avocado and cream cheese) or well-spiced ceviches.
