This modern hotel is popular, and it’s no wonder; prices are low and the location is great, right on Plaza del Congreso. Rooms are small but neat and practical, and the shiny lobby connects with a comfy café/restaurant. Minuses include showers only (no bathtubs), but snag a room with a window to the front and you can soak in the views rather than the tub. Breakfast costs extra. There’s another branch at Corrientes 1344.
