    Gessell has way more atmosphere in my opinion. Necochea seems like just another big family resort town.

    do you mean non stop till Necochea? I don't think so. Some stops, you can travel by Plusmar, El Rapìdo, Condor-Estrella look for here…

    Necochea is a wellknown seaside resort and you will be there in lowseason. It shouldn´t be very difficult.
