Lonely Planet review
This hotel is housed in two sprawling Ottoman houses where all the rooms are beautifully furnished in traditional Berati style and balconies give superb views. Its terrace restaurant has great Albanian food with bonus views of Mt Tomorri. It's on the left side of the cobblestone road leading to the castle, just a short wander from the town centre.
Our independent authors have visited Hotel Mangalemi and selected this as one of our recommended hotels in Berat.
