Day 1 Johannesburg

It doesn't always have the best reputation, but Johannesburg has fascinating, vibrant places to explore like Soweto, Alexandra, Rosebank Flea Market and its wonderful museums.

Day 2 Khama Rhino Sanctuary

Dedicated to saving the endangered rhino and helping improve the area's animal numbers, Khamo Rhino Sanctuary's young yet beautiful park is flourishing with wildlife.

Day 3 Maun

Maun is a small town in Botswana that's the gateway to the Okavango Delta. Despite its touristy veneer, it still retains its rural feel.

Days 4-5 Okavango Delta

Full of animals, islands and unforgettable scenery, the Okavango Delta is the world's largest inland delta and is best explored by mokoro (dugout canoe).

Day 6 Maun

With donkeys competing with cars on the streets and cattle sellers operating alongside Delta tour operators, Maun has more on offer than the spectacular Okavango Delta.

Day 7 Elephant Sands

A private conservancy in northern Botswana, Elephant Sands is not only home to elephants, but also lions, giraffes, zebras and hundreds of different bird species.

Days 8-9 Victoria Falls
