Let’s just say that my mind is blown. Back in November, when I landed in Phnom Penh, there was a sale on Air Asia. What, We Worry?
Blog: Snarky Tofu - 10 April 2012
The rain is lashing the beach, the sand, the sturdy wooden roof underneath which my travel partner Astrid and I are currently sitting, feet firmly planted on the cement floor in an open-air dining room. We are at the D'Lagoon, a small backpacker resort on Perhentian Kecil, Malaysia, noted both for its cheerfulness and for its distance from Long Beach, the island's main drag. It's important to note all of these things - the rain, the sturdy roof, the cement floor, the difficulty of access - so as to juxtapose this moment with that of 10 minutes past.

Legoland Malaysia Site Visit
Blog: Malaysia Asia - 5 April 2012
Legoland Malaysia Site Visit on March 30th 2012. An invitation to visit Malaysia's First International Theme Park was something I did not want to miss as growing up with these plastic brick toys made me curious on what a Legoland Park would look like. Blog: Inside the Travel Lab - 4 April 2012

We'll be traveling together through Northern Malaysia, up to Tumpat and down the coast, Island Hopping and researching for the upcoming Lonely Planet Guide.
